Hi! My name is Neil Dy and I want to help small businesses succeed through great websites.

I'm constantly learning new things everyday and love meeting people who are motivated and unafraid of sharing their ideas with the world.

Currently, I'm a "virtual-assistant" and a self-taught designer --- learnt a lot of the processes, concepts and theories of UX/UI web design through attending online courses, workshops, reading books and applying these to projects in my spare time.

I want to focus on conversion rate optimisation for  lead-generation and sales landing pages.

If you're not happy with what you're doing - make a move. You are not a statue.  Find inspiration. Channel your energy into something that makes you happy and what you believe in. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by motivated people from my company who enjoy what they do. You only live once- so why waste it?

Continuous improvement

No human being is perfect. We are constant works in progress that need to receive feedback in order to grow. I am always looking at ways to improve myself, which is why in my spare time I like to do various things and be productive like reading blogs, learning new languages, writing blogs and practice coding.

Creativity

Everyone is busy making a living, everyone needs a creative outlet of some sort - else, we'd go insane! On weekends, I love to paint, go biking, open-water swimming, aquascaping, wood-working, listening to hip-hop music, cooking, create video, and taking care of our dogs.

Humility

It doesn't matter whether you're Elon Musk, manager, homeless or average kid on the street. Treat others with respect as you would yourself because in the end, we're all human sharing the same wants and needs and facing our own battles everyday. Stay true to yourself and be kind to others.
